You use all Services entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any resulting damage, costs, repairs, or replacement expenses.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Some games may contain flashing lights, rapid movement, visual effects, or intense gameplay.

  • Eye strain.

We do not guarantee continuous availability of online features.

Atatio shall not be liable for any losses arising from service outages, maintenance periods, cyber-attacks, technical failures, or discontinuation of Services.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Atatio reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or delete any account, profile, username, save data, leaderboard entry, virtual item, or access to Services at any time and for any reason.

No compensation, refund, or reimbursement shall be provided unless required by applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All games, software, artwork, graphics, music, logos, trademarks, characters, source code, designs, content, and materials are the exclusive property of Atatio Interactive Ltd or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, sold, or exploited without prior written permission.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atatio, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

MAXIMUM LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Atatio Interactive Ltd for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Atatio Interactive Ltd during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or £50 GBP, whichever is lower.

Continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
